Dr. Madhivanan Muthuvel (Technical Advisor)

Dr. Madhivanan Muthuvel is a PhD – trained electrochemist (University of Georgia, USA) with deep expertise in hydrogen production and electrochemical engineering. He previously served as an Assistant Research Professor at the Center for Electrochemical Engineering Research (CEER), Ohio University, USA, where his work included designing and optimizing electrolyzer systems such as urea and ammonia electrolyzer stacks for hydrogen generation, along with broader electrochemical process and device development. Dr. Muthuvel also held leadership roles including Assistant Director for Operations and Project Manager, managing research-center operations and multinational, industry-oriented programs. With a strong publication record in peer-reviewed international journals and hands-on experience translating electrochemical concepts into deployable technologies, he supports our company with technical strategy, validation, and scale-up direction.

Mr.Manikandan Palanisamy (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Manikandan Palanisamy is an MBA Finance degree holder from Bharathiyar University and holding B.Com degree from Karpagam College of Arts and Science. He is a seasoned finance and strategy leader with over two decades of experience across FMCG, Manufacturing Industries in India. He has been associated with MAS Solar Systems Limited since October 2025. Prior to joining with MAS Solar, he has held Financial leadership roles at Redlands Ashlyn Motors PLC (Coimbatore, TN, India), Watertec India Pvt. Ltd. (Coimbatore, TN, India), Suguna Foods Ltd. (Coimbatore, TN, India) He started his career with PSG College of Technology (in Coimbatore) where he was involved in Financial Budgeting and Financial activities of Critical Care Ventilator Project sponsored by DRDO during his tenure of three years.

Dr. D. Visagamoorthi (Independent Director)

Dr. D. Visagamoorthi is a distinguished academician, corporate trainer, and business coach with over two decades of experience in management education and human resource consulting. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from CMS Institute of Management Studies, Coimbatore, and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Bharathiar University. Formerly the Professor and Head of the School of Management at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, he has mentored hundreds of MBA students and guided doctoral research. As a corporate trainer, Dr. Visagamoorthi has conducted extensive leadership, motivation, and HR development programs for reputed organizations including MAG Solvics India Pvt. Ltd., MAS Solar Systems, Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers, and Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai. He has published numerous research papers in Scopus and UGC-indexed journals, received multiple awards including the Dr. Radhakrishnan Gold Medal and Best Management Faculty Award, and serves as a member of several academic and professional bodies in Coimbatore

R. Vincent Jayaraj (Independent Director)

Mr. R. Vincent Jayaraj is a seasoned techno-commercial professional with over four decades of experience, including distinguished service in the Indian Air Force’s Technical Branch and 18 years of specialization in electronic security systems. A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he has undergone advanced technical training across the USA, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. Mr. Jayaraj has independently executed major projects in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Protection, and Building Management Systems across diverse sectors including 23 airports in India, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Atomic Energy Centre, and VIT University. He has also provided consultancy to reputed organizations such as TITAN and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Known for his analytical approach, leadership, and commitment to precision, he brings deep expertise in planning, execution, and system integration within the electronic security domain
